GSC stands for “Grace STEAM Cooperative.” We exists to support Christian homeschooling families. Our goal is to provide our children with educational opportunities that promote academic excellence and spiritual development.
Grace STEAM Cooperative meets on Tuesday mornings from 9:00am - 12:15pm for 30 weeks beginning in mid-August to mid-April. GSC provides three academic class periods for 5th - 12th grade students. Kindergarten through 4th grade classes are set up as alternating learning and fun periods. English, history, and science are offered for all students during the morning class periods. We have classes for preschoolers and nursery for infants and toddlers as well. At Grace STEAM Cooperative, we also offer optional electives after a short lunch period.
GSC is not a “drop-off” program. In fact, it is only by the active involvement of our parents, and the extreme generosity of the church, that GSC is able to keep our cost low. Parents are required to teach or co-teach a class, and will assist in a class. Parents must remain on the premises while their children are in classes. Each parent will have a free period.

In an effort to maintain a safe and educationally effective environment, GSC expects children to be respectful and obedient as outlined in the Student Commitment Form. Disciplinary issues will be handled according to the Matthew 18 paradigm:
In order to meet Pennsylvania State requirements and insure the safety of our children, each participating parent must provide 3 original documents:
*Those who have resided in Pennsylvania consecutively for the past ten years may be eligible to sign an affidavit affirming no criminal record and no current charges of any crime enumerated in the affidavit.
You can obtain your clearance documents by clicking here at KeepKidsSafe.pa.gov.
