What is a Life Group?
Life Groups are intergenerational extended family sized groups of people who gather together regularly outside the four walls of the church. Those in Life Groups discover how to love God, care for one another, and reach out to those who do not yet know Christ.
What happens in a Life Group?
Each gathering consists of a time of fellowship, discussion, prayer, and action. Every group discusses our weekly sermon based questions that encourage, comfort, and challenge you in your faith. Life Groups also prayerfully reach out to those who do not yet know Christ through one targeted impact project and one invite event each semester.
When and where do Life Groups gather?
Life Groups are semester based and gather together in the spring and fall. Groups gather together in homes all across York, 2-4 times per month for about 90-120 minutes.
How Do I Join a Life Group?
The best way to get connected to a Life Group is to come to our biannual Life Group Link gathering. Don't miss out on this exciting event that will provide you with the opportunity to meet our Life Group facilitators so you can discover and connect to the group that is your best fit! Childcare and refreshments are provided. You can also join a Life Group during the course of a semester by exploring our Open Life Groups below.
